📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kindergarten, ensuring a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children aged 2-6 years.
Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture.
Develop and implement curriculum aligned with international standards, incorporating Mandarin language learning into daily activities.
Collaborate with parents, stakeholders, and community partners to create a supportive and enriching learning experience.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of children, providing regular feedback to parents and educators.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for early childhood education.
Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and individuality.
Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education and Mandarin language teaching.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with a focus on Mandarin language teaching.
Certification or relevant experience in early childhood education, such as Early Years Educator, or equivalent.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of educators.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents, stakeholders, and community partners.
Proficiency in Mandarin language, both spoken and written.
Experience in curriculum development and implementation, with a focus on bilingual education.
Understanding of and commitment to international standards and best practices in early childhood education.
