📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Oversee and train a team of 10-15 staff members to maintain high standards of performance.
• Monitor and optimize inventory and supply chain to ensure cost efficiency.
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations with other departments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in the hospitality or service industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of operational management tools and software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive in Bali.
