Junior Warehouse Manager - Operational Excellence in Logistics

PT Onda Mega Integra is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Junior Warehouse Manager to join our team in Jakarta Barat. This role is crucial to the success of our logistics and supply chain operations, where you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse, ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and effectively.

As a Junior Warehouse Manager, you will work closely with our team of warehouse operators, forklift drivers, and other support staff to ensure that our warehouse operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining warehouse management systems, such as SAP and WMS, to ensure that our inventory is accurately tracked and managed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems, such as SAP and WMS, to ensure accurate inventory tracking and management.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure that our inventory is accurately recorded and managed.
• Work closely with our team of warehouse operators, forklift drivers, and other support staff to ensure that our warehouse operations run smoothly.
• Ensure that all warehouse staff are trained and certified in the use of warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics, such as throughput, accuracy, and cycle times, to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse management or logistics role.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems, such as SAP and WMS, is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is highly desirable.
• Ability to travel to different warehouse locations as required.
