📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track outstanding debts for our e-commerce platform customers.
• Conduct phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to resolve payment issues.
• Prepare and submit reports on debt collection activities and outcomes.
• Work with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely collection of payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients during the debt collection process.
• Stay updated with the latest debt collection practices and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Meet and exceed monthly debt collection targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-centric approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
