📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage all aspects of Coinbase's operations in India, including business development, marketing, sales, and customer support.,Develop and implement strategies to grow Coinbase's market share and customer base in India.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.,Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Coinbase's products and services in India.,Lead the sales team and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the cryptocurrency industry in India.,Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Indian team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience in a leadership role within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry, preferably in India.,Deep understanding of the Indian market, including its regulatory environment, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior.,Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a proven track record of achieving business objectives.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.,Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, and a passion for innovation in this space.,Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage a distributed team.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics.,Fluency in English and Hindi is a plus.
