📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the outlet
• Manage and train a team of 10-15 staff members
• Ensure high standards of food and service quality
• Monitor inventory and manage suppliers
• Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Promote and uphold the company's values and culture

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality or culinary industry
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with POS systems like Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Restaurant POS (R-POS)
• Basic understanding of inventory management software
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
