📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty coffee beverages.
• Operate and maintain our espresso machine and other coffee brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile and addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure that our food and beverage offerings complement each other.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques, and continuously seek to improve your skills and knowledge.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk steamers.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of customers.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management software.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
