📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and source and attract top talent.
• Design and implement training programs, mentoring employees, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulations, and apply this knowledge to improve our HR processes.
• Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR tools to streamline HR operations and improve data accuracy.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help employees develop their skills and reach their full potential.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and talent development.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HR regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
