As a Brand Manager, you will work closely with the design team to develop and launch new collections, manage the brand’s social media presence, and collaborate with influencers to amplify Luxor Hijab’s reach. You will also be responsible for market research, competitor analysis, and developing marketing strategies that align with the brand’s vision.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
• Manage the brand’s social media presence, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with influencers and key opinion leaders to promote Luxor Hijab products.
• Oversee the development and launch of new collections, working closely with the design team.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage the brand’s budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential partners and customers.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or a similar role in the fashion industry.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand development.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
