📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to vehicle administration processes.
• Process and verify vehicle registration, ownership transfer, and other related documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of vehicle-related records and databases.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in automotive administration.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer needs.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and regulations related to vehicle administration.
