PT Industri Anugerah Pratama is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a proven track record of ensuring efficient and safe operations. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth flow of goods and ensuring customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and safety.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Monitor warehouse stock levels and place orders for restocking as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse.,Resolve any operational issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse.,Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Warehouse Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.,Proven experience in inventory management and control systems.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of warehouse equipment and technology is a plus.
