📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Provide friendly and professional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Manage store operations, including stock control, pricing, and promotions.

Assist in the organization and presentation of merchandise to maximize sales.

Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.

Promote products and services to increase sales and customer engagement.

Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.

Assist in the training and development of new staff members.

Participate in store events and activities to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Basic computer skills, including data entry and spreadsheet software.

Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.

Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
