📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and recommendations,Manage inventory and stock levels,Process customer payments accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Promote products and special offers to customers,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily targets,Participate in training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role is a plus,Good communication and customer service skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills are a plus,Familiarity with sales and inventory management software,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
