📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of architecture and construction projects.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget and timelines.,Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful completion.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.,Lead and mentor junior project managers and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management in the architecture and construction industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.,Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in project management software and tools.,Familiarity with Bali's construction market and local regulations.
