CV Putih Teratai is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Tenggarong. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our team to create a positive and welcoming environment for our customers, while also ensuring that we meet our financial targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure that orders are accurate and delivered promptly.,Ensure that all staff are trained and motivated, and that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor and analyze financial performance.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and ability to ensure that they are followed.,Ability to develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and culture.
