Base Central Group is seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our growing business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing product information, and recommendations.,Manage inventory levels, including stocking shelves, counting inventory, and reporting discrepancies.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work remotely and self-motivated.
