EMBER Unggul is looking for a talented Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a strong understanding of adult learning principles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's learning and development goals.,Create and deliver training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.,Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training needs and provide solutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Conduct needs analysis and design learning solutions that address identified gaps.,Develop and implement training evaluation methods to measure the impact of learning initiatives.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
