📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance.,Managing and mentoring team members to ensure high productivity and morale.,Coordinating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Reporting to senior management on departmental performance and progress.,Identifying and addressing departmental challenges and issues.,Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR best practices and compliance regulations.,Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
