📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Conduct supplier evaluations and selections based on quality, price, and service.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Proven track record of achieving cost savings and improving supplier performance.
