Mart Moon Jaya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ambon. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the food service industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented according to company standards and regulations.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure consistent product quality.,Train and develop restaurant staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and local laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and improving profitability.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language (Moluccan languages).,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid food safety and health certification.
