📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee and implement quality control processes
• Train and mentor junior QC inspectors
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate and detailed quality control records
• Identify and address quality issues and defects
• Collaborate with other departments to improve product quality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or inspection
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with quality control software and tools
• Leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to conduct training and development programs
