In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of our facilities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of facilities.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.,Inspect and maintain equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.,Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.,Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment.,Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with overall business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair work, with a strong technical background.,Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.,Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.,Knowledge of safety regulations and standards, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to travel and work in various locations as needed.
