📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Perform and interpret food safety and quality assurance tests.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.,Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies in test results.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives.,Ensure the safety and well-being of all staff and visitors in the laboratory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food industry.,Certification in food safety and quality assurance is a plus.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and techniques.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
