📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the loading and unloading of goods at the jetty.
• Coordinate with vessel crews to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Monitor and maintain safety protocols and equipment.
• Manage and supervise a team of jetty workers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain and organize the jetty area, including docks and storage facilities.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing jetty operations and ensuring safety.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of maritime safety regulations and industry standards.
• Familiarity with using relevant software and tools for operation management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid maritime certification or equivalent.
