📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the recruitment process.,Manage the recruitment budget and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HRIS and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and industry trends.,Ability to travel to Blora, Jawa Tengah for on-site work as required.
