Hotel Fitri Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations to ensure smooth running of the cafe and coffee shop,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Assist in training new staff members,Monitor and report on sales performance,Maintain a clean and organized workspace,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role,Proven track record in operations management,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with inventory management systems,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Knowledge of basic accounting principles,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken
