PT Pilar Cendrawasih is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rp 7.000.000 to Rp 8.000.000.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.,Answer and direct inquiries from guests and visitors.,Check-in and check-out guests according to company procedures.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Handle front desk transactions, such as payments and refunds.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.,Provide information about the company and its services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.,Professional and friendly demeanor.
