📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring all logistics are in place.
• Support the sales team by assisting with client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within the allocated budget.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to ensure that all promotional materials are ready for events.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet quarterly targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees.
• Attend and participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all event-related activities and sales transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in event management, sales, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with event planning software such as Eventbrite or Cvent is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Passion for the advertising and marketing industry.
