📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee field operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to field teams.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation using AutoCAD and Surpac.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations.
• Provide technical support to junior engineers and technicians.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Surpac.
• Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
