📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement outdoor marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Identify, evaluate, and forge strategic partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to expand our reach and impact.
• Manage and optimize our partnership portfolio, ensuring maximum value and ROI.
• Engage with our customer base through targeted outreach, feedback collection, and loyalty programs.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to inform our marketing and partnership strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.
• Report on the performance of outdoor marketing campaigns and partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in outdoor marketing, partnership development, or a related field.
• Proficient in using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
