📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately maintained and replenished.,Train and develop team members to enhance their performance and skills.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage store operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
