As a Senior Operational Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing staff performance, and implementing strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and clinic efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise clinic operations to ensure high standards of patient care and service.,Oversee the scheduling and coordination of dental procedures, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve clinic efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and standards in the dental industry.,Lead and mentor a team of dental professionals and support staff to achieve operational goals.,Collaborate with the clinic's management team to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth.,Manage clinic finances, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or operational role within the healthcare industry, preferably in a dental clinic setting.,Proven track record of managing and leading teams to achieve operational excellence.,Strong knowledge of dental clinic operations, including patient care, scheduling, and financial management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
