📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for our products.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and negotiate contracts.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and monitor inventory management systems and processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and technologies in supply chain and inventory management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
