📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the learning needs of employees.,Identify and analyze training needs through assessments and feedback.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align training initiatives with business goals.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Monitor and report on training program outcomes and ROI.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business practices.
