📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Oversee the training and development of training officers and staff.,Ensure that all training programs are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure that training needs are met.,Maintain accurate records of all training activities and participant feedback.,Facilitate workshops and seminars to provide hands-on training experiences.,Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing training programs.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Familiarity with training technologies and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
