📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement lesson plans and teaching strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.,Provide guidance and support to teaching staff to improve their instructional skills.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Organize and facilitate classroom activities, workshops, and educational events.,Collaborate with other educators and administrative staff to create a positive and productive learning environment.,Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.,Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a relevant educational setting.,Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and educational best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.,Proven ability to mentor and develop teaching staff.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
