📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Lead the recruitment team, providing guidance and mentoring to team members.,Conduct job analyses and design job descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational goals.,Source and screen candidates, utilizing various recruitment channels and tools.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide suitable candidates.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment teams.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
