📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Maintain and update supplier databases and records.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.,Assist in preparing purchase orders and invoices.,Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of supplies.,Assist in conducting supplier evaluations and performance reviews.,Support the procurement manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies.,Assist in managing procurement budgets and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel to suppliers and participate in supplier meetings.
